Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology (K-12)
  • Master’s Degree in School Psychology (required)
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish/English are a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with fellow psychologists and educators across locations in East Aurora, Algonquin, Carpentersville, and Hampshire
  • Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
  • Provide culturally responsive services and support diverse student populations
