Key Qualifications:

• Washington State (or eligible) School Psychologist licensure
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs and strengths
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop intervention strategies and support student success
• Create and implement behavior management and academic plans within multi-disciplinary teams
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to documentation
• Provide direct counseling services for students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Advocate for students’ mental health and well-being within the school community
• Deliver crisis intervention, prevention, and response services as needed
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all policies and ethical guidelines
