Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Familiarity with current evaluation tools, IEP development, and special education processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations using established assessment tools
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Offer crisis intervention and behavioral consultation when needed
- Assist in the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports
- Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
