Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of special education law, IEP processes, and assessment tools
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation with staff and families
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ academic and behavioral needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct support and therapeutic interventions to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Offer crisis intervention services and support positive behavior initiatives
• Serve as a resource for staff on strategies to help students succeed socially, emotionally, and academically
