What you bring:

  • Current South Carolina School Psychologist Certification/License (required)
  • Demonstrated experience in administering and interpreting a variety of psychological assessments
  • Strong understanding of special education processes, compliance, and response-to-intervention (RTI) models
  • Sensitivity to student diversity and ability to adapt practices accordingly
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting schedules and compliance deadlines
  • Reliable communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support staff

Your role will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive onsite psychoeducational evaluations to inform student support plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding students’ learning and behavioral needs
  • Providing direct and indirect interventions to support students’ academic and social-emotional development
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all state and federal educational requirements
  • Offering recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
