An established school district near Cleveland is searching for a compassionate and detail-oriented School Psychologist to join its student services team. This full-time opportunity allows professionals to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development across multiple grade levels. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for students.
  • Interpret testing data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings with school staff and families.
  • Provide consultation services regarding behavior management and learning strategies.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and student support planning.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and assessment abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio School Psychologist license or certification.
  • Specialist-level or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.

Experience:

  • School-based experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting students with behavioral or learning challenges is beneficial.

Education:

  • Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Completion of state-approved internship or practicum requirements.
