A full-time school psychologist position is available to provide comprehensive psychological services through telehealth and direct support to students within a school district in Georgia. The role requires dedication to supporting student mental health and academic success over the 2026-2027 school year.
Location: Columbus, GA
Contract Duration: August 3, 2026 – May 21, 2027
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) — part-time candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver school psychological services to students across the district with a caseload tailored based on the candidate’s experience and age group preferences.
- Conduct assessments, consultations, and interventions in alignment with district guidelines.
- Maintain daily logs documenting all services provided.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student well-being and success.
- Adapt services to meet diverse student needs through telehealth and onsite interactions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia PSC Educator Certification for School Psychology.
- Experience in school psychology preferred, with telehealth service provision considered an asset.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and complete daily documentation.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with educators, families, and other professionals.
