A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced school psychologist to provide telehealth psychological services within a school district setting in Georgia. This contract position requires dedication to supporting students' mental health and educational development through comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions.

Location: Columbus, GA
Contract Duration: August 3rd, 2026 – May 21st, 2027
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (part-time candidates will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
  • Deliver telehealth school psychological services across the district, collaborating effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely daily logs documenting all services provided
  • Provide support and consultation concerning students' mental health and behavioral concerns
  • Work with district personnel to determine appropriate placement based on candidate experience and student age group preferences

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator Certification for School Psychologist
  • Experience with telehealth psychological services preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a confidential caseload efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with students, families, and school staff
  • Comfort with completing thorough documentation and daily service logs
