Virtual School Psychologist to support a Texas school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This remote opportunity is ideal for a licensed School Psychologist who enjoys the flexibility of tele practice while providing meaningful evaluation and support services to students.

Position Details

Full-time virtual position
2026–2027 New School Year (NSY) contract
Texas school district assignment
Fully remote/telepsychology platform provided
Pay Range: $45–$50/hour
1099 Independent Contractor opportunity
K–12 caseload based on district needs
Potential for contract renewal

Key Responsibilities

• Complete virtual psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations for students
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop comprehensive evaluation reports
• Support eligibility determination and special education processes
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation and recommendations to support student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet all compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Active Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, special education eligibility, and evaluation procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing services through a virtual platform
