Remote School Psychologist (1099 Contract) – Minnesota

Position Title: Remote School Psychologist
Location: Minnesota (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours
Compensation: $45-50 hourly rate based on experience

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological services to K–12 students across Minnesota. This fully remote opportunity offers the flexibility of a 1099 contract position while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and comfortable delivering services through teletherapy platforms in a virtual school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Support behavioral and mental health interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with special education teams to support student success
  • Ensure compliance with Ohio educational and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
  • Active Minnesota School Psychologist license/certification
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Experience providing teletherapy or virtual services is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
