About the Role
This virtual Speech-Language Pathologist role supports K–12 students across Minnesota through remote, school-based speech and language services. The position emphasizes evaluations, direct therapy, and collaborative IEP participation within a structured virtual setting aligned with district expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy aligned with student IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language services
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and service plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring records
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and team consultations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)
- School-based experience preferred
- Telepractice or virtual service delivery experience preferred
- Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
