Online School Psychologist - LA

A full-time position is available for a school psychologist specializing in telehealth services, supporting students in the New Orleans area. This contract role spans the upcoming academic year, running from early August 2026 through late May 2027, adhering to the traditional school calendar.

Responsibilities include delivering psychological services to students, managing caseloads across assigned schools, and collaborating with educational staff to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Flexibility to work across multiple school sites in the region may be required. Services will primarily be provided remotely using telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comprehensive support in a virtual environment.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education certification in school psychology
• Current valid license in the state of residence
• Strong proficiency in telehealth service delivery within school settings
• Ability to complete district-required credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting
• Previous experience working within K-12 educational environments is preferred

This assignment requires a commitment to a full-time schedule, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typically seven hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.
