Online School Psychologist in DE

A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth and teletherapy services. This role supports a large district with a range of educational settings including preschools, elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as a special education school serving students with medical, intellectual disabilities, emotional disturbances, and alternative achievement diplomas.

Location: Middletown, DE
Contract Duration: ASAP through June 10th (including professional development days)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, with a focus on testing-heavy assignments primarily in elementary settings
• Provide telehealth psychological services to students across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with special education coordinators and other psychologists within the district
• Participate in professional development days, which are compensated

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• School psychologist credentials; HR support available for transferring existing licenses to Delaware
• Ability to work under a license-pending status is acceptable
• Experience with teletherapy and telehealth platforms preferred
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, particularly in educational settings
• Adaptability to serve across multiple school sites and student needs
