Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments using telehealth techniques
• Provide counseling and intervention services tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
• Participate in meetings and coordinate services within the educational setting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education Certification
• Valid professional license in the residing state
• Experience working with school-aged children in psychological roles, preferably via telehealth
• Ability to undergo and pass required drug screening and fingerprinting for district clearance
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Details:

• Contract position from August 3, 2026, through May 27, 2027
• Full-time schedule, 35 hours per week (7 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), Monday through Friday, aligned with the school calendar
• Location focused around the New Orleans area (Harvey, LA)
• Specific caseload and school assignments to be determined
