Teletherapy School Psychologist in AZ

A School Psychologist is needed to provide comprehensive psychological services with a focus on telehealth and in-person support for a school setting in Tucson, AZ. This contract position offers flexible scheduling options, including a full-time in-person role (40 hours per week) or part-time virtual work (20 hours per week), starting January 4, 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess student needs and strengths.
• Complete Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in and lead MET meetings to discuss evaluation results and develop appropriate educational plans.
• Provide telehealth assessments and consultations when working virtually.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations related to special education.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid school psychologist certification or license in the state.
• Experience conducting evaluations and completing MET processes within educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of telehealth best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
