Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid and current School Psychologist credential or state licensure

  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional recommendations
  • Develop and support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Deliver direct counseling and interventions to students, individually and in groups
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation to meet school and compliance requirements
