Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to varying workloads
- Familiarity with educational law and special education processes is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement intervention plans for students requiring additional support
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Help design programs to address behavioral, social, and emotional issues
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
