Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to varying workloads
  • Familiarity with educational law and special education processes is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement intervention plans for students requiring additional support
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Help design programs to address behavioral, social, and emotional issues
