Embark on a rewarding contract assignment serving a diverse PreK-8th grade student population as a dedicated School Psychologist. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and continues through May 27th, 2027, providing essential psychological services within an engaging educational setting near Tempe, AZ.

Your expertise will be valued as you conduct evaluations, support students’ needs, and collaborate with teams to shape meaningful outcomes. Your contributions will help guide individualized educational planning and provide critical support in overseeing out-of-district placements.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification is required
  • Active Arizona Fingerprint Card
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MTSS and experience participating in MDRs is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for PreK-8th grade students
  • Participate actively and constructively in IEP meetings
  • Oversee and monitor out-of-district placements to ensure student needs are met
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the MTSS process
  • Provide input and participate in MDRs and additional duties as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students, families, and staff

Compensation is between $50 to $58 per hour, with eligible candidates also offered a healthcare benefits package, housing accommodations, and meals/incidentals. Comprehensive details about the healthcare benefits plan will be shared following your application.
