A school psychologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a full-time K-12 school near Cairo, GA. This contract role runs from July 15, 2025, through May 22, 2026, with a weekly schedule of 32.5 to 35 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for students across K-12 grades
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to develop support plans
- Provide counseling and interventions to address student learning and behavioral challenges
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Certification as a School Psychologist (newly certified or experienced)
- Strong understanding of K-12 educational systems and psychological assessment tools
