School Psychologist - Thornton, CO

This fully on-site role runs through the end of the school year and involves working with the Child Find Evaluation Team in a dynamic elementary environment. Two full-time evaluation team positions are currently open, each assigned to a single school. Candidates will work alongside dedicated professionals to help assess student needs, with one position offering a unique bilingual/Bilingual Early Childhood Special Education opportunity.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid CO DOE Special Service License with School Psychologist (Ages 0-21) Endorsement
• Experience with child evaluations (Child Find evaluation experience preferred)
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued (bilingual psychologists or bilingual Early Childhood Special Education teachers encouraged to apply)
• Ability to complete time-sensitive district credentialing requirements prior to start
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability for multi-school responsibilities

Role Expectations:

• Conduct individualized Child Find evaluations at North Star Elementary and/or Centennial Elementary
• Serve as part of district-level bilingual evaluation teams when required
• Support the Child Find initiative exclusively as a School Psychologist or, if qualified, as a bilingual Early Childhood Special Education teacher
• Ensure documentation and compliance with district guidelines and timelines
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students ages 0–21
