Exciting contract opportunity for a School Psychologist available for the upcoming academic year in the Toledo, OH area! This full-time position offers the chance to positively impact students in a K-12 educational setting for the entire school year. While the focus is district-wide, PreK assessments are not part of this role at this time. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current or pending Ohio School Psychologist licensure (we welcome candidates in the process of obtaining licensure over the summer)
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention planning skills
  • Experience in administering psycho-educational evaluations for diverse student populations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with educational laws and best practices for K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for K-12 students across the district
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention strategies and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation services to teachers, administrators, and families on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Deliver evidence-based recommendations and interventions to support student success
  • Participate in eligibility determination and special education team meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements
