Elementary High School School Psychologist - Toledo, OR

Desired Qualifications:

• Current School Psychologist certification and appropriate state licensure
• Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong knowledge of assessments, interventions, and data-driven decision making

• Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and administrators
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices and promoting social-emotional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services for students
• Support the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) framework
• Assist with identifying resources and recommending strategies to promote student success
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with school procedures
