Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or certification for school psychologists
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, especially with elementary or middle school populations
- Strong understanding of psychoeducational assessment tools and best practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Prepare and deliver clear, actionable written reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to develop and monitor intervention and support plans
- Provide consultation and crisis intervention as needed within your assigned school
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing your expertise to student-centered decision making
- Promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth through appropriate support strategies
