What we’re seeking:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Strong understanding of psycho-educational assessments, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes
- Experience conducting assessments, interpreting data, and writing comprehensive reports
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, administrators, and families
- Knowledge of special education law and best practices for supporting diverse student populations
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with organization and empathy
- Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to student wellbeing
Responsibilities you’ll take on:
- Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students, including evaluations and recommendations
- Perform assessments for academic, developmental, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to design interventions and support plans
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans
- Offer crisis intervention, behavior management strategies, and consultation for school staff
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
