Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California School Psychologist credential (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Familiarity with special education eligibility, IEP processes, and legal compliance
• Strong consultation, counseling, and crisis intervention abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to support student learning and success
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff on intervention strategies and student support plans
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
• Serve as a resource for families and school personnel regarding emotional, social, and behavioral development
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
