Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and certification to practice as a School Psychologist
  • Prior experience in K-12 educational settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students as referred by educational staff
  • Interpret evaluation results and craft recommendations tailored to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
  • Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
  • Support RTI/MTSS processes through participation and data analysis when indicated
