Qualifications:
- Valid, active Alabama School Psychologist license required

- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills for working with students, families, and school teams
- Commitment to in-person service; virtual and remote work are not available for this position
Responsibilities:
- Provide compensatory psychological services according to student IEPs
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments as needed
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design effective intervention strategies
- Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to educational planning
