This is a great opportunity to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective behavioral supports that help students thrive in the school setting.

• School-Based Setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services to students
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Provide training and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavior strategies
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• State licensure/certification as required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
