Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist (LSSP) to join a supportive school district in Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
  • Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding eligibility and services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
  • Provide consultation on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and crisis intervention when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA, TEA guidelines, and district policies.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
  • Active Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
