Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid State School Psychologist certification
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Experience conducting psychological and behavioral evaluations in school settings
  • Proficiency with IEP development, BIP creation, and progress monitoring
  • Familiarity with best practices for supporting students across PreK-12 grade levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and external partners
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to supporting educational goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret assessments to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and functional BIPs
  • Provide recommendations and interventions that promote positive outcomes for students
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies and supports as needed
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive, student-centered approaches
  • Participate in school meetings and provide professional insights regarding student achievement and well-being
