Desired Experience and Skills:

• Current, valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (state eligibility for Arkansas is required)
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Proven experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, consultation, and crisis intervention abilities
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks and best practices in supporting diverse student populations
• Ability to adapt quickly in changing educational settings
