Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification as required by state regulations
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Skilled in interpreting assessment results and generating actionable reports
- Strong consultation abilities with educators, administrators, and guardians
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological and academic assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Provide individual and group counseling to address student concerns and foster well-being
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor effective intervention strategies
- Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to the implementation of IEPs and Section 504 plans
- Offer crisis intervention and consultation as needed to support students and staff
