Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification as required by state regulations
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Skilled in interpreting assessment results and generating actionable reports
• Strong consultation abilities with educators, administrators, and guardians
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological and academic assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Provide individual and group counseling to address student concerns and foster well-being
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor effective intervention strategies
• Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to the implementation of IEPs and Section 504 plans
• Offer crisis intervention and consultation as needed to support students and staff
