Discover a rewarding contract opportunity serving students as an itinerant School Psychologist in Oregon. You’ll travel between two closely located schools, both known for their welcoming, collaborative teams. This role emphasizes conducting re-evaluations (primarily triennials) with very limited counseling duties, ensuring highly focused and meaningful work. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 to 40 hours per week, this position begins as soon as possible and extends through the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and timely re-evaluations for students
- Prepare detailed, compliant evaluation reports adhering to state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and actively engage in IEP meetings
- Provide expert consultation to staff and families to support student progress
- Coordinate all aspects of the itinerant schedule efficiently between two supportive school sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Oregon School Psychologist license or valid TSPC credential
- Experience with school-based student evaluations, including triennials
- Excellent skills in organization, time management, and report writing
- Confident working independently and managing responsibilities across two locations
