School Psychologist in Vero Beach, FL

This full-time contract role runs during school hours, generally 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility depending on the campus assignment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience with comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention in school settings
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to fostering student growth and supporting positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to inform educational programming and student support plans
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote best practices for student wellness and achievement
• Provide direct counseling and behavioral support to students individually and in groups
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
• Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes
