Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ growth and well-being as a full-time School Psychologist. This itinerant role focuses on delivering critical services across K-12 settings with a diverse caseload. Based near Vicksburg, MI, you will collaborate with educators and families to enhance learning environments and provide expert guidance to help students thrive.

Your primary focus will be conducting comprehensive evaluations, applying your expertise to assess student needs, develop meaningful interventions, and support eligibility decisions. You will work closely with school staff and administration to ensure best practices and compliance with educational standards.

To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification (required)
  • Experience working with students across grades K-12
  • Proven ability to conduct assessments and generate thorough reports
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in diverse and dynamic school settings

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Conducting psychoeducational assessments for individuals and groups
  • Analyzing data to guide and shape student support plans
  • Providing consultation to teachers and parents
  • Offering direct interventions and behavior management strategies
  • Participating in meetings to inform IEP and Section 504 processes
