Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Current, valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
- Knowledge of IEP, RTI, and MTSS processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Develop and implement individual and group interventions to support student success
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to implement student support strategies
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
- Maintain detailed case documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school climate
