Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) for Virginia
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field

- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education law
- Experience working in school-based or educational settings preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Interpret evaluation results and collaborate on IEP development
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families regarding student support strategies
- Provide direct and indirect interventions to address academic and behavioral goals
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Document services provided and maintain compliance with district and legal requirements
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
