Key Qualifications:

• Current license or eligibility as a School Psychologist in the state
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience delivering psychological assessments and counseling within a K-12 setting
• Strong knowledge of RTI/MTSS processes, IEP development, and special education law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and meeting the needs of a wide range of learners

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and behavioral assessments
• Interpret test results and provide written recommendations for student support plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
• Provide consultation and intervention strategies to staff and families
• Deliver direct counseling or social-emotional support services as needed
• Assist with crisis prevention and intervention efforts within the school
• Collaborate on MTSS/RTI initiatives to promote academic and behavioral growth
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
