Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Knowledge of IEP, RTI, and MTSS processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Develop and implement individual and group interventions to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to implement student support strategies
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
• Maintain detailed case documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school climate
