Make an impact by supporting students’ emotional and academic growth as a contract School Psychologist in the Viroqua area. In this role, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to create effective strategies and interventions, ensuring every student has a pathway to success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Recent experience in a K-12 educational setting
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and multi-tiered systems of support
• Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide student supports and interventions
• Participate in the development, implementation, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavior management as needed
• Advise faculty, staff, and families regarding student needs and strategies for growth
• Maintain detailed records and report findings in a timely manner
• Support development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote student well-being
