School Psychologist - Warden, WA

Step into an impactful role supporting high school students as part of a dynamic team of school psychologists. This contract opportunity starts as soon as possible and runs through the end of the school year, providing essential psychological services across two high school campuses for grades 9-12.

Your expertise will be put to use in a collaborative environment, working alongside other experienced psychologists to ensure students receive the support they need. The primary focus will be on conducting re-evaluations, with occasional initial evaluations as required. This in-person position allows for meaningful interactions and a direct positive impact on the school community.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a high school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a professional team
• Familiarity with IEP processes, re-evaluations, and eligibility assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student psychological re-evaluations and initial evaluations as needed
• Participate in team meetings with other psychologists and educational staff
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and compliance with all legal requirements
• Communicate findings and recommendations with students, families, and faculty
• Support a positive learning environment through expert consultation

This role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, offering the chance to work side by side with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive atmosphere. The contract extends through the school year, providing consistency and continuity for students and staff alike.
