Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP development, and behavioral interventions
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques for school-aged children
• Excellent communication and consultation skills working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in crisis intervention and data-driven decision-making preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and academic assessments to identify students’ needs
• Interpret assessment results and develop actionable recommendations for student success
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective interventions
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and IEP meetings, providing expertise on mental health and learning concerns
• Deliver counseling, consultation, and behavioral support to students individually and in groups
• Support the creation and implementation of positive behavioral support plans
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives that foster safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
