Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certified or licensed School Psychologist meeting state requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working within elementary school settings
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Experience mentoring or supporting interns is highly valued
  • Committed to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students in four elementary schools
  • Administer and interpret assessments, providing actionable recommendations
  • Consult with teachers and parents to develop interventions and strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the formulation of individualized plans
  • Offer mentoring and support to a school psychology intern, modeling best practices
  • Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with school procedures
  • Address student concerns related to learning, behavior, and social-emotional development
