Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid certification and state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience providing services in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of evaluation and assessment tools
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor interventions for students
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and consultation skills
• Comfortable working in person, collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual psychological assessments, behavioral evaluations, and related testing
• Interpret data and create reports that drive educational recommendations and interventions
• Develop tailored intervention strategies and support plans in collaboration with educators and parents
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide crisis interventions and counseling as needed
• Serve as a resource for staff on academic, social, and behavioral challenges
• Foster a safe, supportive school climate for all students
