This full-time position offers 35 hours per week (7-hour days), and part-time arrangements may be considered for candidates who can commit to full days and a consistent schedule. As an onsite SLP, you will play an integral role for K-12 students, with caseloads thoughtfully assigned to match your strengths, preferences, and commute considerations. A current Michigan SLP license is required to step into this rewarding opportunity.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Adapt therapy approaches to fit individual preferences and optimize student outcomes
