Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Michigan School Psychologist Certification is required.
• Previous experience with elementary-aged children is highly valued.
• Proficient in conducting student evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Strong background in participating in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings.
• Ability to assist with crisis intervention as circumstances demand.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with educators, families, and staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological assessments and interpret results to support student success.
• Participate actively in MTSS meetings, collaborating on strategies for student intervention.
• Lead crisis intervention and support services as needed within the school community.
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective, personalized educational plans.
• Keep detailed documentation, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
