This full-time opportunity focuses on helping students thrive academically, behaviorally, and emotionally through expert evaluation, intervention, and collaboration with staff and families.

Candidates with a current Michigan School Psychologist certification can look forward to applying their expertise in conducting comprehensive evaluations, preparing thoughtful reports, and participating in essential meetings. The role involves observing students in classroom settings, recommending and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational environments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, valid Michigan School Psychologist certification (required)
  • Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels
  • Strong skills in assessment, observation, and behavioral planning
  • Ability to write clear, concise reports and communicate effectively with staff and families
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough student evaluations and classroom observations
  • Develop and assist with Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Write comprehensive psychological and behavioral reports
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings with education professionals and families
  • Provide consultation and support for teachers and staff regarding student needs
