Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certificate required
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of the unique needs of elementary and/or middle school students
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and participate in IEP meetings
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to identify and address student concerns
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Offer guidance and support to families regarding student learning and behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate records and prepare timely reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
