Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology required
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Proven skills in administering psychological and psychoeducational assessments
- Familiarity with IEPs, Response to Intervention, and relevant special education legislation
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Experience in K-12 school settings is highly desirable
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct a range of evaluations for students across two to three schools, identifying needs and recommending supports
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with educators and families to provide suggestions for interventions and accommodations
- Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and legal standards
