Support students' success as a contracted School Psychologist working with learners from kindergarten through twelfth grade in a vibrant educational environment. Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing psychological services in an educational setting
- Proven skill working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grades (K-12)
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions to the unique needs of students at different grade levels
- Familiarity with IEP development, response-to-intervention (RTI) processes, and special education compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to support student learning and well-being
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and support strategies
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed to support the school community
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in compliance with regulations
