Grades 9 - 12 Licensed School Psychologist - Warren, MI

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience supporting students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Deep understanding of psychological assessment, intervention, and counseling best practices in school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt approaches for diverse student needs and backgrounds
• Previous school-based experience preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to develop effective intervention strategies
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and well-being
• Assist with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Offer crisis intervention and support as necessary
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and relevant reports
• Consult with families and educators to promote a safe, supportive learning environment
