Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Valid certification and/or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, IEP processes, and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, teachers, and parents
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate, timely documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for referrals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
  • Advise teachers and staff on behavioral and instructional strategies
  • Lead or participate in meetings with parents regarding student progress and recommendations
  • Promote social-emotional wellness through prevention and early intervention programs
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
