Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold an active School Psychologist certification/license
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Previous experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and special education processes
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver counseling and intervention services to support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Serve as a vital resource for staff and families, offering consultative guidance and crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and support personnel to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation, adhering to all ethical and legal standards
  • Play an active role in schoolwide initiatives that promote positive behavior and mental health
