Two positions are available—one at a high school running from late August 2026 to March 2027, and another at an elementary school spanning October 2026 to January 2027. You’ll get the chance to collaborate closely with faculty and contribute to student growth during pivotal academic periods.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Connecticut School Psychologist License (required)
  • Experience in school settings, working with diverse student populations
  • Strong knowledge of consultation, assessment, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to ethical standards in educational psychology

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret results for individualized education planning
  • Provide direct counseling services to students individually or in small groups
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support students’ needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning and implementation
  • Support schools by providing crisis intervention as needed
  • Maintain thorough and confidential reports and records in compliance with state regulations
